How Bombin' Ramen Started
Opening Bombin’ Ramen wasn’t part of a big plan. After the pandemic, my family and I wanted to create a place where people could enjoy something warm, fresh, and made with care. We grew up loving ramen, and sharing those bowls with our friends and family gave us the idea to open our spot.

Bombin’ Ramen is more than just a restaurant — it’s a family project. Everyone from my parents to my siblings helps make sure every bowl has real, authentic flavors. We also love to try new ideas, so there’s always something fresh to try when you walk through our doors.
Bringing Authentic Ramen to Hickory
We wanted to bring the flavors we love to Hickory, so we opened Bombin' Ramen at 2535 US Hwy 70 SE STE 102, Hickory, NC. Our menu features Japanese ramen, Don Buri rice bowls, crispy Tori Karaage, and more. Everything we serve combines authentic cooking methods with new twists to keep every visit exciting.
